媒體報導銀行房貸水位滿將祭出限貸令、調高利率。金管會今天表示，在符合法令規範前提下，房貸授信尊重各銀行的自主經營和風險管理政策，至於限貸令或調高利率，銀行局將向業者進行了解。
金管會今天舉行例行記者會，銀行局主任秘書侯立洋指出，銀行辦理授信除依照相關法令和風險管理政策，並評估借款人的信用狀況、資金用途、還款來源、債權人確保和未來展望，即所謂授信5P原則來決定是否核貸。

侯立洋進一步說明，在符合法規下，金管會尊重各銀行的自主經營和授信政策，至於傳出銀行祭限貸令或調高房貸利率，銀行局將了解是否有相關情事及原因。
銀行法第72條之2規定，商業銀行辦理住宅建築及企業建築放款總額，不得超過放款時所收存款總餘額及金融債券發售額的3成，俗稱銀行不動產放款天條，但銀行通常會自行設定更嚴格的內部要求，多半以28%以上為警戒區。（中央社）
