公運處表示演習期間市區公車暫停發車，已行駛於道路上的市區公車，於萬安演習時間配合暫停營運停於路邊或站台，請車上民眾配合現場警察及民防人員指揮下車疏散。
刷卡部分，如旅客後續仍欲回車繼續搭乘，則下車不刷卡，如不回車搭乘，下車時記得刷卡，避免影響下一趟次的轉乘優惠。
國道客運行經高速公路正常行駛，下交流道後人車管制全面比照北市市區公車立即配合避難。

計程車駕駛於演習期間，將於安全處靠邊停車並暫時停表計費後，與乘客配合警察及民防人員指揮避難，如仍有乘車需求，經雙方協議可採先行結算車資，或演習完成後繼續乘車計費。
復康巴士於演習當日12時30分至下午2時45分訂車平台暫停預約，另如演習時段尚未結束旅程者，請駕駛及乘客配合警察及民防人員指揮避難，如不便下車者，於車內等待至演習結束。
轉運站於演習期間不發車，旅客及車輛皆只進不出，並配合燈火管制關閉轉運站內大燈，請轉運站周圍的行人立即進入轉運站內進行避難。
藍色水路船舶照常行駛，藍色水路碼頭於演習期間配合管制人員進出。
YouBike及共享汽機車正常營運，請民眾於租借時，注意借還時間避免權益受損，演習當下需配合警察及民防人員指揮進行演習，將車輛停靠於路邊，進行人車疏散管制避難演習。（中央社）
