國軍三軍總醫院內湖院區電腦系統上午11時許突然發生大當機，整個院區電腦系統全面癱瘓，造成民眾無法看診；對此，三總回應，目前還在查證當中，稍晚會發新聞稿回應。
三總醫院傳出電腦掛點，院方緊急通知所有單位改用人工紙本作業應急，但目前仍無法正常運作，民眾不能看診，現場亂成一團。

對此，院內醫師也證實，電腦系統確實當機導致看診停擺，現在也還在持續搶修中，下午診馬上就要開始了，希望能趕快修好。
另據《中國時報》報導指出，國防部證實，接近中午時三總內湖院區電腦不明原因故障，目前正進行緊急維修處置，但尚未查出原因，目前全院暫時改以人工紙本作業，並委請廠商及技術人員盡速處置。
