根據財政部最新統計，今年前三季房地合一稅收已達793億元，挑戰千億元歷史紀錄！其中，累計前９個月個人房地合一稅收501.5億元，年增9成，營利事業則繳納291.4億元，年增47.2%。信義房屋不動產企研室專案經理曾敬德指出，房地合一稅收大增，反映2016年後買進不動產的房價與地價出現大幅上揚，加上景氣暢旺交易量大，業主出售時須繳納高額稅金。
統計顯示，個人房地合一稅收前三季的繳稅王是台中市，由於近年推案量大，高達93.1億元，年增68.8%，不過隨著央行打房交易量萎縮，9月房地合一稅收已經較前兩月下滑；繳稅次多的縣市，其次為新北市的87.9億元，反映台中市房價漲幅更為顯著。至於營利事業的房地合一稅則以台北市最多，金額高達91.7億元。
曾敬德表示，近年房價大漲，許多屋主的房產隨之增值，2016年後取得並出售的房產，容易產生高額房地合一稅負。民眾雖會利用節稅方式想辦法省稅，但由於稅收金額可觀，國稅局也會關注是否符合規定。建議民眾一定要事先做好規劃，把該留的單據、金流，甚至是自住規定都搞清楚，才能夠聰明節稅。
