人鴿衝突

在第八屆全球華文永續報導獎中，銘傳大學的專題報導「人鴿衝突」榮獲學生組平面類優等及人氣獎。由歐承翰、高慕潔、蕭億駿、羅沛琦、陳軏、鄭安庭共同撰寫，這篇報導深入探討了野鴿數量暴增對城市居民生活造成的挑戰。儘管政府及民間機構提出了各種解決方案，但野鴿數量持續增加，對民眾健康構成威脅。

報導透過走訪居民、里長、鴿舍及政府部門，試圖找出鴿害問題無法解決的原因，並尋求可能的解決方法。作者以新北市一處社區為例，生動地傳達了野鴿帶給居民的困擾和政府部門的官僚障礙，激發讀者的問題意識與同理心。同時，報導深入探討了鴿子氾濫成災的原因、遏制方法及其對環境和人類的影響。

入圍感言中，團隊感謝評審的肯定和銘傳大學的支持，特別感謝指導老師胡巧玲的耐心指導。他們表示，將持續以報導作為工具喚起對環境和生態的關注，為永續發展貢獻力量。

評審對作品給予高度評價，稱讚其在老議題上提供了新視角，並完整探討了相關問題。由於國外許多城市也深為野鴿所苦，評審建議作者多一個「他山之石」的角度，讓讀者了解國外對治社區鴿群的方法。此外，本文提出賽鴿文化與都市鴿群有關，能否在研究資料或調查方法上提供更多證明，如何從源頭減少流浪鴿，是另一個可深入發揮的角度。
