彰化縣首件由國民法官參審的毒駕撞死員警案原訂今天下午3點宣判，但延到3點24分才宣判。彰化地方法院依國民法官法、公共危險致人於死罪，將毒駕撞死警察的吳柏翰判刑8年6月。

吸毒男子吳柏翰今年大年初二清晨駕車衝撞剛下班的廿九歲員警高偉倫致死，高父與高母昨天到場開庭時，哭紅雙眼，讓人鼻酸。
