3月底台北市信義區寶林茶室發生嚴重食物中毒事件，消費者文教基金會今天表示，累計有32人參與提起團訟，包含6名死者的18名家屬，資訊彙整後，將儘速正式提起告訴。
消基會6月17日召開記者會宣布為寶林茶室案受害消費者提起團體訴訟，此為其食安團訟首宗涉及死亡，估3個月內提告、求償金額可能破億。

消基會董事長吳榮達今天告訴中央社記者，消基會迄今累計接獲32人填妥請求權讓與同意書等相關資料，一起參與團訟，其中有18人是此案6名死者的家屬。
此團訟案的律師團召集人暨消基會名譽董事長蘇錦霞說，彙整診斷書等資料中，其中死者的配偶、父母、子女可請求精神、扶養賠償的費用，儘速於近期提起告訴，不過初判本月內尚來不及提告。（中央社）
