美國聯邦準備理事會（Fed）宣布降息2碼後，德國股市DAX指數今天盤中首度突破19000點。
法新社報導，格林威治標準時間10時40分左右，DAX指數攀漲並觸及19000.96點，打破了今年8月創下的盤中新高紀錄。
