阿塱壹古道台東端石礫區，今下午傳出1名67歲解說員疑似身體不適OHCA（到院前心肺功能停止），台東縣消防局接獲屏東縣消防局轉報後，前往救援，並由人員搬運後送大武衛生所救治中。
台東縣消防局指出，今天下午3點多，勤務指揮中心接獲屏東縣消防局轉報阿塱壹古道石礫區，有一民眾疑身體不適OHCA，立即出動2台救護車、2部消防車及12名救護人員前往救援。

救護人員抵達現場時，發現1名男性患者躺在石礫上，意識模糊，沒有呼吸心跳，現場給予CPR，並用擔架搬運送往大武衛生所，做後續救治。據了解，因古道預計9月開放，解說員今組團先探勘路徑狀況。
