新光金（2888）爆出三角戀，中信金（2891）昨日臨時召開董事會，宣布將公開收購新光金，讓原本的「新新併」出現變數。今（21）日台股開盤新光金跳空開高，盤中漲幅逾5%，不到一個小時就爆出超過55萬張大量，截至上午11時30分，交易量來到77萬張，不過中信金卻呈現兩樣情，跌幅4.43%。
台新金與新光金在22日將召開董事會，討論換股合併計畫。兩家金控總經理也早在19日就拜會金管會，不過20日中信金卻突然殺出「搶親」，並宣告將以公開收購的方式投資新光金，中信金也發布聲明，公開收購價格，將待主管機關核准後公布。

據了解，中信金對新光金是啟動非合意併購，不過最終仍待主管機關金管會拍板定案。
金管會副主委陳彥良在19日例行記者會上也表示，針對合併案，金管會態度始終秉持合法合規、維持金融市場秩序的安定，且不影響股東權益保障的前提下。不過因為合併案件尚未送進金管會，無法多做評論。
