降血壓藥「安普諾維膜衣錠150毫克」和抗憂鬱藥「百憂解」將於今年11月起陸續退出台灣市場。食藥署副署長王德原表示，這些藥品的撤出不會對患者造成影響，因為市場上已有多種替代藥品可供選擇，並且國產學名藥廠也將增產以應對需求。
王德原透露，「安普諾維膜衣錠150毫克」將在今年7月31日停止供應，預計到2024年底仍可供應一段時間。此藥品在112年健保申報數量約1237萬粒，占市場的67%。關於「百憂解」，則自今年6月24日起將停止供應，預計於11月完全退出。儘管如此，市場上仍有許多同成分、同劑型的替代藥物，能滿足患者的需求。

健保署醫審及藥材組參議戴雪詠指出，對於「安普諾維膜衣錠150毫克」，健保署已經在今年6月的會議中同意取消其健保支付，並預計在2025年1月正式取消。她表示，該藥品屬於血管張力素受體阻斷劑類，市場上已提供9種同成分的健保藥品供選擇。
至於「百憂解」，目前市場占有率為15.3%，112年健保申報顆數約292萬顆。儘管「百憂解」自109年9月以來藥價未調降，廠商也未提出提高藥價的建議，但由於該藥品全球已經上市近40年，並且醫藥先進國已不再供應該藥品，因此廠商決定停止進口。市場上已有大量同成分的國內學名藥產品，其市占率達85%，顯示學名藥已被廣泛接受。
