台鐵自強號402次昨（17）日於東里=東竹間(K94+400處)疑似撞到一顆石頭，現場停留9分鐘後續駛，經鐵路警察繼續深入追查，係一名少年在軌道上排石所為，少年到案也已承認，全案將函送少年法庭。
臺鐵公司說明，有關8月17日402次自強號於東里=東竹間(K94+400處)疑似撞到一顆石頭，經詳檢列車僅輔助排障器歪斜，並無其他損壞，現場停留9分鐘後續駛，並立即向鐵路警察報案。
