一名網友透過Dcard分享連續中獎的喜悅，才點進載具程序，就看到兩張中了200元的發票，其中一張是花了92元買泡麵的發票、另一張則是16元的外送費。因當下雲端仍未開獎，她心想應該還有中獎機會，果然其中一張中200元的發票，也同時中了雲端獎。
不過，網友卻發現，儘管同一張發票中獎兩次，最後的獲獎金額僅顯示500元而非700元，「我越看越不對…為什麼只有500？」為得到答案，網友進一步上網查詢確認，原來當兩者都中獎時，只能擇一，「只有我現在才知道嗎」、「中兩次在同一張上，只有我遇到這種問題嗎？」

貼文一出，釣出許多網友回應，大部分人認為，一張發票只能領獎一次很合理，「往好處想，200變500多賺300欸」、「150張發票什麼都沒中，這樣有安慰到你了嗎」、「當然是二擇一，且一定是選高金額的」。還有網友對能夠連中兩次獎感到震驚，「我一直以為中了就不會再中雲端獎了，原來可以兩種都中！你也算是天選之人了」、「還好不是1000萬跟200萬的抉擇」。
根據財政部稅務入口網資料顯示，有幾種情形不得領獎：
1.中獎人請於領獎期間攜帶國民身分證（非本國國籍人士得以護照、居留證或內政部移民署核發入出境許可證等替代）以及中獎統一發票，依代發獎金單位公告之兌獎營業時間臨櫃兌領，逾期不得領獎。
2.統一發票未依規定載明金額者，不得領獎。
3.統一發票買受人為政府機關、公營事業、公立學校、部隊及營業人者，不得領獎。
4.中三獎（含）以上者，依規定應由發獎單位扣繳20％所得稅款。
