台北地檢署檢察官今天指揮台北市刑警大隊，並由新北市警察局督察室派員陪同，上午8時許先前往三重警分局調閱資料，下午2時許再到慈福派出所將6名警員帶回調查，案由是疑似不當查詢個資。

其中5人大約2小時之後即請回，1名警員直到晚間10時30分仍在地檢署配合調查。三重警分局表示，目前詳細狀況尚不清楚，將全力配合檢方調查。
