台積電今（10）日公布6月合併營收2078.69億元，較上月減少了 9.5%，較去年同期增加了 32.9%。累計 2024年 1 至 6 月營收約為新台幣 1 兆 2,661 億 5,400 萬元，較去年同期增加了 28.0%。
台積電，第2季法人說明會將於7月18日在台北遠東香格里拉飯店舉行，將公布第2季財務報告，及第3季業績展望。

台積電4月及5月營收合計達新台幣4656.41億元，法人預估，台積電第2季營收將逾6500億元，季增11%。第3季受惠蘋果（Apple）iPhone 16處理器，及高通（Qualcomm）和聯發科旗艦手機晶片訂單挹注，台積電第3季營收可望較第2季再成長超過10%。
法人預期，台積電今年美元營收將維持原先目標，成長21%至26%。今年資本支出是否逼近320億美元高檔水準，備受矚目。
