日前警方發現，他開車前往豐原知名廟東夜市逛街，趁他購買80年老店鳳梨冰時，直接上前抓人，還在他身上，查出毒品反應的卡西酮藥丸。
店家：「他看起來很緊張，你說那個嫌犯喔，對，後來警察說你還要吃冰嗎？買一杯去警局，他說不要了，不要了，他就不想吃了，哈哈哈。」
何姓嫌犯供稱，因為女兒剛出生四個月，擔心沒人照顧才會到處逃避，沒想到最後為了老店的鳳梨冰，還是栽在警方手上。
