星宇航空董事長張國煒先前在股東會中透露，力拚今年底前上市櫃。證交所27日證實，星宇航空於今天遞件申請轉上市，最快年底前有機會掛牌。
根據證交所的登載資料，星宇航空是在6月27日申請上市，董事長張國煒，申請時股本新台幣253.87億元，承銷券商為第一金。

張國煒14日在星宇航空股東會中表示，股東會通過的討論案是因應年底要上市所做的調整，並首度透露希望在年底轉上市。
他表示，星宇航空2026年受惠機隊規模到位，將迎接爆發性成長，且看好AI帶動空運前景暢旺；針對截至2023年逾115.06億元的累計虧損，星宇航空預計在3年左右打消累虧。
展望今年下半年，星宇航空將開闢4個新航點，包括7月1日富國島、7月16日香港、8月16日西雅圖、9月1日雅加達，航網持續擴大。（中央社）
