新竹地檢署偵辦新竹市警局警官收賄弊案，昨天指揮台北市調查處發動第2波搜索，對象是首波搜索出國未到案的2名退警白手套。專案小組在新竹縣市搜索多處地點，帶回多人詢問，分析扣押資料後，懷疑全案有新竹市府公務員收賄，正擴大釐清中，深夜移送檢方複訊，不排除強制處分。

新竹市警局保安科秘書宋瑞展等人，被檢舉涉嫌接受新竹市議會秘書彭學雷關說，充當白手套收賄。台北市調查處本月3日搜索宋辦公室與住家共10處地點，在電玩金主處查扣現金近2億元，當時涉案白手套出國未到案。據了解，調查局上波搜索查扣宋瑞展手機及存摺等證物，分析通訊紀錄後，懷疑宋與多名退休警充當白手套，與新竹市府、市議會有收賄等不法情事。
