新北市三重區昨晚9時許有1名30歲王姓男子，不明原因攀爬台北橋下長元抽水站旁邊堤防，之後又從大約3層樓高的堤頂墜落到環河北路機車引道，頭部重創送醫不治。
王男大約晚間9時40分墜落，救護車送往新北市立三重醫院，急救到10時52分因頭部重創傷重不治。由於有目擊者看見他攀登表面長滿爬藤類植物的堤防，警方鑑識人員勘察採證，亦未發現其他可疑跡證，初步排除外力介入，將通知家屬協助釐清案情。
