雨勢持續！氣象署15:55發布豪雨特報，新北市山區、新竹縣山區、台中市山區出現豪雨；大雨地區包含基隆北海岸、臺北市、新北市、桃園市山區、新竹縣、苗栗縣山區、南投縣山區、宜蘭縣、花蓮縣山區，雨勢將一路到晚上。
氣象署指出，午後對流雲系發展旺盛，易有短延時強降雨，今（２３）日新北市、新竹縣、臺中市山區有局部大雨或豪雨，基隆、大臺北、宜蘭地區及桃園、苗栗、南投、花蓮山區有局部大雨發生的機率，請注意雷擊及強陣風，山區慎防坍方、落石及溪水暴漲。

另外，15:30也針對台中市太平區發布山區暴雨；台中市頭汴坑溪(仙女瀑布至一江橋)發布災防告警，持續時間至17時30分；此區域已有暴雨或有暴雨發生的機率，留意溪水暴漲並儘速遠離。遠離河川區域，勿從事溯溪、釣魚、戲水等活動，以策安全。
同時，苗栗縣、南投縣、台中市則要注意大雷雨，預計持續時間至17時0分；請慎防劇烈降雨、雷擊，溪(河)水暴漲，坍方、落石、土石流。
