西班牙旅遊勝地巴塞隆納，計畫2028年起禁止將住宅出租給遊客，以抑制不斷飆漲的住房成本。
巴塞隆納市長科博尼（Jaume Collboni）21日宣布，將從2028年11月起，停止發放新的短期出租許可證，即所有住宅都不得短租給遊客，也將取消當地目前批准的約1萬套住宅短租許可證。

科博尼指，巴塞隆納是西班牙接待最多外國遊客的城市，短租旺盛促使租金在過去10年上升近7成，房價亦升近4成，住房成本高漲已成為當地最大問題。
除了巴塞羅那，歐洲多個城市，包括葡萄牙里斯本和德國柏林都已宣布限制短期租賃。
