測速照相取締違規，也會「抓錯車」嗎？屏東有1名車主怒控，開車行經枋寮知名景點海豚灣前，被測速槍拍到行車速度107公里，超速47公里，並且開立罰單，但他調出行車記錄記查看，明明沒有超過60公里的速限！原來，當時有一輛汽車從慢車道呼嘯而過，疑似因此讓他成了代罪羔羊，他怒轟警方未善盡查證之責！警方坦承錯誤，決定撤銷罰單。

就在枋寮海豚彎前，右方有一輛鐵灰色的轎車呼嘯而過，速度飛快，沒想到，就是這輛疑似超速的車，害得自己收到了超速47公里的罰單！
車主陳先生：「很不服氣，因為明明就是守法守規，為什麼會被開這個這麼嚴重的超速罰單？」
罰單載明，就在台一線454.3公里南下車道，速限60公里，車主測速達107公里，超速47公里，要罰12000元，還要記3點，但他調閱行車記錄器一看，自己明明沒有超速。

他說，5月1日當天，開車載著孩子到海生館遊玩，早知警方在海豚灣附近加強取締。
車主陳先生：「那個地方因為之前出過幾次重機的重大車禍，那邊的限速已經減到60公里了，而且有不定期的取締。發現右邊有1輛汽車，它很快速度從我右邊往前衝，時速應該有超過100公里。員警可能也沒有善盡查證的責任。」
疑似成了代罪羔羊，還得自行申訴，讓陳先生氣炸了。
枋寮分局交通組長葉順政：「經檢視照片及民眾提供影片，見另一輛車從慢車道快速駛入，致測速照相儀器偵測車輛與違規車輛不符，本分局將主動撤銷罰單。」
警方坦承錯誤，主動撤銷罰單，並強調，避免再有類似情況發生，未來製單時會檢視測速製單照片，並由業務組人員複試檢查，以免影響民眾權益。
