高雄市22歲朱姓男子日前騎機車行經仁武區澄觀路時，因行車搖晃不穩，被後方警員攔查，朱男聲稱剛參加完慶生派對，由於他面帶酒容且散發酒味，警方依法實施酒測，一測數值達每公升0.42毫克，被依公共危險罪嫌送辦。
不久前，朱男與友人還沉浸在慶生開趴歡愉，沒想到，回家路上會遇上巡邏警盤查，朱男心虛坦承，聚會後貪圖一時便利，心懷僥倖酒駕上路，最終，仍遭巡邏員警識破酒駕，酒測果然超過法定標準值，直呼後悔不已。
