雲林虎尾昨（1日）驚傳恐怖命案！年僅28歲陳姓男子遭到父母親與弟弟動手驅魔，不幸窒息身亡。據了解，陳姓家人稱陳男情緒反常疑似「卡到髒東西」，隨後在家中神明廳前抓住手腳替他驅魔，母親甚至「用手挖其喉嚨」，不料陳男突失去意識，送醫不治。對此，法醫高大成稱此案非首例，坦言「挖喉嚨致死是有可能的」。

雲林虎尾鎮昨天發生驚人命案，一名28歲陳姓男子在自家神明廳前失去意識，據傳是家人因陳男近期情緒反常，隨後帶他前去參加廟會，被告知陳男「卡到髒東西」。隨後自行在家中替他驅魔，陳男父親負責控制男子手部、弟弟抓腳部、母親則是用手挖陳男喉嚨，過程中陳男失去意識，後緊急送到醫院，經搶救仍宣告不治。

根據《ETtoday新聞雲》報導，知名法醫高大成對此坦言，此類似案件並非第一次發生，也就是以宗教名義對被害人做出驅魔行為。以家庭來說，家中有人信了某宗教便開始說服其他家人，若認定有鬼將會執著陷入當中；若以科學角度來說，精神疾病少部分案例會遺傳，或是一家人陷入集體幻想症，將錯誤訊息變成對的，直到嚴重結果發生才會醒悟。

高大成稱，陳男母親將「手深入陳男嘴中30分鐘後窒息死亡」可能發生，若一開始沒有深入喉嚨深處、加上手並非全圓形物體，並不會將嘴巴堵住。然而，若嘴巴被塞進圓形物體卡死，有可能五分鐘就會死亡。高大成推估，陳男恐是因食道內的「迷走神經被刺激」，進而半昏迷難以反抗，導致窒息死亡。據了解，雲林地檢署已在昨天完成相驗，經偵訊後，將陳男父母與弟弟三人依涉嫌《刑法》第277條第2項傷害致死罪加上有串證可能，向雲林地方法院聲請羈押獲准，詳細死因仍待解剖釐清。
