颱風「潭美」今（22）日凌晨2時正式生成，北市災防辦公室提醒，輕度颱風潭美目前則位台北東南方約1400公里之海面上，從23日晚間起至26日，台北市受東北季風及颱風外圍環流影響，將有間歇性陣雨，陽明山區雨勢可達到豪雨等級及10級以上陣風，平地雨勢可達大雨等級，可能出現7級陣風。
北市災防辦公室提醒，受到東北季風影響，目前台北市平地觀測資料測得最大陣風達7級，多個測站也達6級陣風，平均風約為3-4級，今日至明(23)日東北季風增強，預計今日下半天及明日台北市平地仍有7級陣風出現的機會。
