受美股重挫影響，今（4）日股市震盪大跌，美元持續走弱，加上中東地緣政治反覆，導致避險資金需求提升，黃金買盤走升，目前每盎司突破2508美元，今年漲幅達到30%。不過現在投資黃金還來得及嗎？專家分析，觀察過去美國降息循環中，黃金價格都不錯，今年也是史上第六名，且過去美國大選結果對金價影響幅度不大，比起股市來說還是相對穩定。
標普道瓊指數公司特許金融分析師Brian Luke出席今（4）日元大投信舉辦的資產布局策略會議，會中分析貴重金屬是否受到地緣政治的影響。Brian Luke表示，從過去美國通膨時期與黃金價格的比較，發現通膨4-6%的時候反倒是黃金價格最好的時候。

不過現在大家也擔憂年底美國總統大選是否影響金價？Brian Luke則分析，從過去經驗來看，影響幅度不大，反倒是石油或其他商品，就可能因為選前選後，白宮政策轉向而跟著波動。此外，黃金與股市相關性最低，當股票大跌的時候，就可以用黃金當作資金配置，降低投資組合受到的影響。
元大投信表示，從歷史上的數據觀察，當通膨在2-5%之間時，金價平均年報酬8%，且隨著通膨上升而增加，因此從長期來看，黃金不僅能保存資本，還可幫助資本成長。
