資深名嘴張友驊本月3日晚間與妻子外出散步時不慎跌倒、重創頭部，經送醫搶救後仍於昨（11）日離世，享壽69歲。張友驊生前曾在節目中自曝，愛妻擁有與女星張鈞甯神似的氣質，並分享2人結婚35年卻未生子的背後故事。
資深媒體人陳琴富昨日晚間發文，證實好友張友驊已於昨日上午離世，並透露他在上週日（6日）時曾至醫院探病，但當時張友驊仍處於昏迷狀態，且醫師還從斷層掃描中發現其腦部有病變，而張友驊的妻子最終是在昨日上午決定拿掉維生儀器，預計10月30日會舉辦告別式。

張友驊生前鮮少公開談論私生活，但他曾在2014年的節目《瘋狂大悶鍋》自爆在家中是個「PTT（怕太太）」，當時模仿資深主持人李艷秋的女星吳怡霈就曾透露，張友驊的妻子據聞與張鈞甯神似，且私下有看過對方照片，讚賞其外貌相當秀氣。對此，張友驊則補充是「氣質像」。
另外，張友驊在2018年參加節目《單身行不行》時分享，他與妻子結婚多年，但因為對方不想生孩子，因此他尊重愛妻意見。張友驊笑說，他的太太曾大方表示，同意他到外面找其他女人生小孩，但必須帶回來養，並稱自己為「媽媽」，而孩子生母則不能進入家門。
