最低工資審議會今（4）召開首次會議，結論每月最低工資為新臺幣28590元，較原27470元調升4.08%，每小時最低工資等比例調整後，取整數為190元，調幅為3.8%， 2015年1月1日實施。
今年是《最低工資法》施行元年，首次最低工資審議會議於今登場，由召集人勞動部長何佩珊主持，勞、資、學、政全體委員共計21人；與會委員表示會議討論過程順利，時間也比預期的時間短，對此勞動部條件及就業平等司司長黃維琛表示，因《最低工資法》明定的最低工資數額，不得低於現行月薪27470元及時薪183元；再從CPI等等各項應採指標及參採指標來討論，節省不少時間，且就國內經濟發展數據來看，與會各方都有共識。

據了解，今年審議會勞方認為調幅應為4.05%；資方認為調幅應為4.12%，最終結果由勞動部長何佩珊裁示，敲定調幅為4.08%。
連續九年調漲最低薪資，對此勞動部長何佩珊在會後記者會表示，調幅一出來就有跟總統院長報告，且這樣的調整「符合他們期待」。
