台北市降雨趨緩，水利處表示，剩餘尚未開啟的水門自今天晚間9時起陸續恢復通行。交通局指出，原先開放停車的紅黃線皆自明天上午7時起恢復禁止停車，請車主提前駛離。
台北市工務局水利工程處晚間發布新聞稿表示，因堤外淤泥及漫淹情形已排除，基隆河基1至基4疏散門及基隆河中山橋以下越堤坡道自晚間9時起陸續開啟，但部分河濱公園及自行車道仍有落葉，提醒民眾進入時注意安全。

配合疏散門全數開放通行，交通局表示，全市停車格自明天上午7時起恢復收費，原開放停車的紅黃線同步恢復禁止停車，請車主配合駛離，否則將依道路交通管理處罰條例規定，予以拖吊移置並處罰鍰。（中央社）
