可不可紅茶吐口水加料事件還沒延燒完，昨(17)日網路又出現一段惡搞片段，一名少年跑到萊爾富杉林大愛店，竟直接躺進販售冰品冰櫃內，把影像都po上網：對此，萊爾富回應，已報警交由警方處理，此事件造成的損失包括商品成本、商品下架報廢費用、冰櫃清消費用和商譽，不排除向行為人求償。
網路流傳的影片中，可以看到男子和友人進入超商內，整個人鑽進冰櫃中，一旁友人也訕笑，整個過程都被錄了下來，引發爭議。

萊爾富今(18)日發聲明指出，有關消費者躺臥門市冰櫃事件，本公司已於第一時間將冰櫃內食品全數下架及進行殺菌消毒。而躺臥冰櫃之行為除有汙染食品衛生疑慮，更危及行為人自身之生命安全，有鑑於此風不可長，本公司不排除追究行為人之法律責任，目前已報警交由警方處理。
求償部分，業者也回應，本公司因本事件所造成之損失，除商品成本外，尚包括商品下架報廢、冰櫃清潔消毒等額外支出費用，甚至因此而影響公司商譽的損失，本公司均不排除向行為人求償。
