記憶的味道

在第八屆全球華文永續報導獎中，銘傳大學的音頻作品「記憶的味道」榮獲學生組音頻類優等獎。由邱昱誠製作，這篇報導聚焦於一種名為「臺灣油芒」的古老穀物，探索其在糧食永續和族群歷史中的潛力。臺灣油芒是一種耐旱的作物，擁有數千年的歷史，曾是臺灣原住民祖先的食物來源。隨著全球有近三億人處於糧食危機中，這種古老穀物或許能為糧食問題提供新的解答。

入圍感言中，邱昱誠感謝評審的肯定，以及指導老師邱瑞惠和胡巧玲的建議，並感謝受訪者和家人的支持。他表示，從受訪者身上看到了對油芒的熱情，這激勵他完成這項作品。

評審對作品給予高度評價，因為他們選了一個非常特別的題材，兼顧糧食永續和族群歷史，這是非常不容易的部分。雖然在討論過程中，我們有注意到「油芒」作為超級食物，還有很多後續需要關注和需要跟進報導的地方，但整體來說，作品貼合「記憶的味道」這個題目，而且不管是過去、現在和未來在內容上都有足夠的分量，另外在歷史、原民議題，糧食需求等都提供了很不錯的介紹。而且這個作品在聲音技術部分也都掌握得很好，不管是錄音、音效和音樂使用都很到位。唯一可惜的點是口述者的聲音表情可以再嘗試更自然一點，相信會更為吸引聽眾。
