違停成為台灣交通亂象，衍生出許多問題。桃園客運公司日前公告，1地點常有違停，影響到乘客上下車安全，以及後方車輛通行，因此取消停靠該站牌。看見公告後的PTT鄉民紛紛不滿「爽到違停仔了。」
桃園客運公司日前發出公告，中壢區的「幸福社區」站位，因該路段車流量大，站牌離路口過近，再加上又常有違停，導致該公司車輛無法緊靠站牌，乘客上下車有安全問題，及影響了後方來車通行，因此決定於8月1日起取消停靠。此公告被轉傳到PTT後引起討論，鄉民留言狂轟，「爽到違停仔，苦到公車族」、「違停仔就是死也不會搭公車那種人」、「好猛，違停仔大獲全勝」、「違停仔的勝利」。

根據《中央社》報導，桃園市政府交通局公共運輸科表示，「幸福社區」站位於民族路、松勇路和電沿路口，業者提出站點觀察與建議，會勘後發現確實站牌距離路口過近、車流量大等問題，評估離前後站分別只有80和150公尺，因此同意廢站。有關於違停問題，依據道路交通管理處罰條例第55條規定，汽車駕駛人在交岔路口、公共汽車招呼站10公尺內，或消防車出入口5公尺內臨時停車，將處以新台幣300元以上600元以下罰鍰。
