台北市師大附中高三生模擬考英文作文成績，日前爆出有「神秘規律」給分，導致重新批閱後，國立基隆高中學生反映也有類似情況，校方與翰林出版事業協調，同意基中１７４名高三學生全部重新批閱，１２月１日前完成，以維學生的權益。
台北市師大附中高三生上月底進行模擬考，卻發現英文作文成績似乎是以寫作行數除以２來給分的神秘規律，「班上學生寫３４行得１７分、寫２８行得１４分、寫１４行得７分」成績與所寫行數除以２，至少１０個班級有此狀況。
而基隆高中也發生了類似情況，模擬考成績出來時就有學生發現英文成績似乎怪怪的，寫得多分數就高，並且基隆高中高三模擬考的配合廠商同樣是翰林出版事業。

基中教務主任黃相文表示：校方緊急與廠商協調要求重新閱卷，經過協商，廠商同意重閱，並於１２月１號前完成，以維護學生的權益。
