台北市警方今晨6時許獲報，北投區關渡碼頭河岸出現浮屍，派員到場處理，查出死者是國防大學政戰學院呂姓士官長，遺體無明顯外傷，確切死因待調查。
警方初步調查，北投分局今晨6時許獲報，有人在關渡碼頭貨櫃市集橋頭旁發現浮屍，派員前往查處後，確認死者是國防大學政戰學院士官長40歲呂姓男子。

警方表示，遺體初查無明顯外傷，目前正聯絡呂男家屬到案調查，也已通知軍方配合調查，後續也將報請檢方相驗，調查呂男確切死因。
