治水破功遭轟爆！陳其邁急公布「災害補助」　每戶最高領10萬

受凱米颱風外圍環流影響，南台灣遭強降雨狂攻，出現大範圍淹水，尤其高雄昨（25）日累積雨量破千毫米淪為重災區，民怨四起，市民更灌爆高雄市長陳其邁臉書。對此，陳其邁緊急公布災害救助辦法，提醒市民可於30日內依據「高雄市災害救助金核發辦法」規定，向各區公所申請災害救助。

陳其邁昨晚在臉書上發文表示，自己和市府團隊持續勘災和視察市容恢復作業，並指示社會局持續協助各區公所，要確保收容安置處所物資充足無虞，確保收容民眾安全、提供妥善照顧，禁止於土石流警戒未解除前返回居住地。

針對受災戶補助，陳其邁表示災害救助申請可於30日內依據「高雄市災害救助金核發辦法」規定，向各區公所申請災害救助。而災後租稅減免，必須拍照存證、檢附損失清單及相關證明文件，再向所在地國稅局或地方稅稽徵機關申請減免，盼市民能早日回歸正常生活。

死亡救助︰每人發給新臺幣20萬元。
失蹤救助︰每人發給新臺幣20萬元。
重傷救助︰每人發給新臺幣10萬元。
