許多人為了方便查詢交易明細及兌換中獎發票，會將發票載具歸戶，近期有不肖份子假冒財政部發送「載具歸戶異常通知」，意圖進行詐騙；對此，財政部也呼籲民眾，若收到類似信件，可以先檢查「寄件者信箱」與「服務平台網址」，藉此判別是否為詐騙信件。
日前有民眾在臉書「爆料公社」發文指出，自己收到來自財政部發出的載具歸戶異常通知，由於信件中沒有出現非台灣慣用字詞或明顯錯字，因此當下並未起疑，未料點選信件中的網址後，卻發現被導向填寫信用卡資料的頁面，這才驚覺是詐騙信件，所幸沒有上當而繼續操作下去。

不少網友見到貼文後紛紛留言，「感謝你的告知，功德無量」、「太可怕了」、「現在詐騙不是貪就會被騙，是現在詐騙實在太高招」、「現在的詐騙真的是無所不用其極」、「詐騙手法日新月異，老百姓真的要時時有警戒心」。
財政部昨（16）日也發出聲明表示，近日發現有偽冒本平台網頁及電子信箱，騙取民眾帳號密碼，如有收到類似信件，請務必確認電子郵件之寄件者及連結網址，以避免受騙，財政部電子發票整合服務平台的電子信箱為「[email protected]」，網址則是「https://einvoice.nat.gov.tw」或「https://www.einvoice.nat.gov.tw」；另外民眾也可以撥打內政部警政署165防詐騙專線尋求協助。
