星宇航空日前公開申購抽籤，在競拍張數、金額、申購張數上均創下歷年的新紀錄，最終總合格件數為1607558張，中籤率為2.48%，若以公司現增承銷價每股 20 元計算，粗略估計凍結市場資金達643億，投資人對星宇航空展現高度興趣，至於股利部分，星宇航空表示最快可能將在2026年就可發放。

星宇航空成立於民國 107 年 5 月 2 日，雖受疫情衝擊，但仍循計畫完成多項硬體建設及取得各項認證。112 年總營收 224.72 億元，年增 568%，疫後第一年就由虧轉盈，小幅獲利，稅後淨利 1.49億元，每股盈餘 0.08 元。
今年上半年營收 163.33 億元，年增 65%，稅後淨利 9 億元，年增 172%，每股盈餘 0.39 元，相較去年同期增加 0.21 元；9 月營收 28.2 億元，年增 61.6%，為同期新高，累計今年前 9 月營收 259.3 億元，年增 62.5%，亦創歷史新高。
