為了方便民眾查帳，彰化縣政府率全國之先，建立「彰化縣政府匯款入戶查詢系統」，增加科技服務便民。為了讓有資金往來的民眾、廠商或機關單位，不受時間跟空間限制，可以隨時查詢支付款項的入帳時間及相關資訊，彰化縣政府自行建置「彰化縣政府匯款入戶查詢系統」，提供先進的數位查詢服務，只要民眾匯入地價稅、房屋稅等金額，就能透過裡面系統建置，查詢你匯入的時間金錢，方便對帳。
彰化縣政府財政處表示，與政府有往來的受款廠商原可利用行政院主計總處「市縣匯款入戶查詢網站」查詢匯款資訊，惟該處因資安考量，將於今年底停止該項查詢服務，廠商未來只能自各縣市自行建置系統查詢。為了與彰化縣政府有資金往來的民眾、廠商或機關單位，避免年底系統改變造成錯誤及不熟悉的困擾，彰化縣政府數位科技服務再精進，建置此一便捷的匯款查詢系統，提供款項匯入時即時e-mail通知，並提供下載報表功能，方便廠商帳務作業。
