食藥署今天公布邊境查驗不合格名單，有業者從埃及進口胡荽子粉，被檢出含致癌物蘇丹色素，逾2000公斤直接銷毀，繼中國、印度，即起對埃及進口香辛料採監視查驗至明年8月。
衛生福利部食品藥物管理署今天公布最新邊境檢驗不合格名單，共有13項檢驗不合格產品，如日本鮮南瓜、越南新鮮青花菜、泰國香菜等，被檢出農藥超標或其他不合格的狀況，全數遭退運或銷毀。

其中，小磨坊國際貿易股份有限公司從中國大陸進口的「小茴香子B（FENNEL SEED）」，被檢出殘留農藥賽洛寧0.12 ppm，根據「農藥殘留容許量標準」，賽洛寧定量極限為0.03 ppm，共1批、2萬4000公斤依規定退運或銷毀。
食藥署副署長林金富告訴中央社記者，賽洛寧是一種殺蟲劑，針對業者將從2%到10%的一般抽批查驗，調整為20%至50%的加強抽驗，這是同產地同號列近6個月內第1次違規。
此外，好之味國際貿易有限公司這次有2件違規，均為埃及輸入，1件是「胡荽子粉（CORIANDER POWDER）」檢出蘇丹色素，共2040公斤直接銷毀不得退運；另1件為「牛膝草（MARJORAM）」檢出農藥磷化氫0.012 ppm超標，共510公斤依規定退運或銷毀。

蘇丹色素是未經中央主管機關核准的食品添加物，林金富表示，即起從埃及進口的香辛料等產品，調整為最嚴格的監視查驗，就是100%逐批查驗，就算合格批數達門檻也不會調降。
食藥署補充監視查驗的期限，埃及自民國113年8月27日至114年8月26日止，業者好之味自113年9月4日至114年3月3日止。目前採監視查驗的國家還有中國、印度，各到明年3月、8月，若從其他國家輸入，則回歸原本的邊境查驗措施。
俗稱蘇丹紅的蘇丹色素具潛在致癌性，不是台灣核准使用的著色劑，目前為環境部化學物質管理署公告的毒性化學物質，常見蘇丹紅1號、2號、3號、4號等。（中央社）
