昔日手機代工大廠華冠通訊，2021年8月經簽證會計師出具繼續經營能力存在重大不確定性的查核報告，列為變更交易方法，屆滿3年，證交所今天正式宣布，華冠的上市有價證券將自8月22日起永久停止買賣。
在早期還是按鍵式的傳統手機時代，華冠曾與明碁、華寶、英華達、大霸等，並列台灣手機代工大廠，當時華冠主要客戶包括索尼（SONY）等，極盛時期，華冠2003年大賺超過10億元，繳出每股純益4元佳績。華冠2004年7月掛牌上市，2006年4月3日，華冠盤中股價最高曾衝上59.3元。

可惜好景不常，面對智慧型手機浪潮來襲，華冠營運敗退，2021年第2季財報經會計師出具繼續經營能力存在重大不確定性的核閱報告，該年8月19日證交所公告，華冠股票從次一營業日起被改列為變更交易方法，今天屆滿3年。
華冠20日股價以跌停板新台幣2.11元作收，證交所今天盤後宣布，華冠3年內無法達成證交所營業細則第49條第2項第3款規定，核有同細則第50條第1項第16款規定情事，自8月22日起，將停止其上市有價證券買賣。（中央社）
