新北市三峽區復興路與大勇路口今天上午發生一起車禍，祝姓機車騎士因閃避前方統聯客運，向左切換至內側車道後被大貨車撞上，後載許姓友人摔車被輾死，他也因此受傷送醫，事故3方駕駛沒有酒駕，肇因待查。
據了解，祝姓男子（67歲）今天上午11時37分左右，騎機車載同許姓朋友（73歲）沿著新北市三峽區復興路往土城方向騎乘，途中騎經復興路與大勇路口，當時統聯施姓（39歲）司機停路邊讓客人下車後， 打方向燈要切出，祝男疑為閃避前方客運，向左切換至內側車道，導致後方張男（58歲）所駕駛的大貨車煞車不及追撞。

祝男與乘客許男人車摔飛重摔落地，許男慘被車輾過，當場沒有生命徵象。
警、消獲報趕抵，檢視祝男臉部擦挫傷、乘客許男當場死亡沒有送醫。事故三方駕駛沒有酒駕，張男偵詢後依過失致死罪嫌送辦，至於肇事原因及責任歸屬，仍待警方調查釐清。
