原本台新金與新光金的「新新併」，出現變數，中信金（2891）在稍早發布重訊，正式宣告向金管會申請投資新光金（2888）。今（20）日金管會舉行例行記者會時，副主委陳彥良在會上回應該案，針對合併案，金管會的態度始終秉持合法合規、維持金融市場秩序的安定等原則。
副主委陳彥良表示，金管會面對併購案只有三大原則，第一是「開大門走大路」、第二是希望可以維持金融市場的秩序安定，最後則是要符合股東權益保障條件。不過目前併購案尚未送進金管會審查，無法多做評論。

據了解，中信金今日臨時召開董事會，並選在這時間發布訊息，就是為了趕在新光金周四召開董事會前，必須將中信金列為併購案的討論對象。
不過針對中新金的說法，新光金則發布重訊回應「本公司毫無所悉，故無從加以評論」。
