素有「抗癌聖品」的巴西蘑菇，是不少人拿來增強免疫力、抗發炎的食品，然而衛福部食藥署今公布，有一批巴西蘑菇的重金屬鎘含量超標，由於來源業者無法提出資料，遭開罰新台幣3萬元。
衛福部食藥署副署長林金富表示，桃園富園蛋糧行的巴西蘑菇，被檢出重金屬鎘含量為３mg／kg，超過2mg／kg的限量標準，同批違規產品立即下架銷毀，另因為業者無法提具來源資料，違反食安法第47條第12款規定，處新台幣3萬元整。

食藥署今天公布「113年度市售食品中重金屬監測計畫4至6月執行結果」，共完成227件食品檢驗重金屬，包含27件食米及其他穀類、43件蔬果植物類、7件藻類食品、42件水產品、11件禽畜產品、31件蛋品及其加工品、39件嬰幼兒食品、7件盛裝飲用水、5件乳品、5件罐頭食品、5件飲料類、2件脂肪抹醬及3件食用油脂。
除了巴西蘑菇被驗出重金屬超標之外，宜蘭則有一批冷凍生丁香魚被驗出鎘超標，食藥署表示，因業者未再販售該類產品，後續將加強管理。
